The Windows NT and Windows 2000 Resource Kits come with a number ofcommand-line tools that help you administer your Windows NT/2K systems.Over time, I've grown a collection of similar tools, including some notincluded in the Resource Kits. What sets these tools apart is that theyall allow you to manage remote systems as well as the local one. Thefirst tool in the suite was PsList, a tool that lets you view detailedinformation about processes, and the suite is continually growing. The"Ps" prefix in PsList relates to the fact that the standard UNIX processlisting command-line tool is named "ps", so I've adopted this prefix forall the tools in order to tie them together into a suite of tools namedPsTools.

Some anti-virus scanners report that one or more of the tools are infected with a "remote admin" virus. None of the PsTools contain viruses, but they have been used by viruses, which is why they trigger virus notifications.

You can download a ZIP file that contains all your assigned applications, enabling you to review them conveniently from your hard drive. Either you or your scientific research officer (SRO) can create a ZIP of all your assigned applications; however, before this can be done, the SRO or extramural support assistant (ESA) must have created an access code in Peer Review.

Files in the downloaded ZIP are locked by default; to open them, you must retrieve the access code created by the SRO/ESA. To generate the ZIP of assigned applications, you (the reviewer) need to be enabled to the Submit phase. The downloaded application ZIP file will include the e-Application, Prior Summary Statement (if applicable), Consolidated Reference letter (if extant), and Appendices (if extant). You will still need to manually download e-Additions for Review. (See Access Critique Templates.)

Why does Dropbox make a .zip file when downloading jpg images? Jpgs are already compressed so zipping them when downloading only serves to create an extra step. When I used to send print jobs via Dropbox I always uploaded a .zip archive so fonts, mac postscript particularly, did not lose there resource info. Using dropbox to share images takes more time and steps because of this .zip process.

I have Dropbox pro and are experiencing the same issues. I find it quite annoying that you've decided to restrict how big a folder of MY FILES I can download when I'm paying you to keep them stored online for me. What's the point of that service if it's going to be such a pain to retrieve them?

I know your desktop version is better for this, but why have you decided to make your browser and app version so awful? I hate that you'd rather preview files for me rather than instant download them as you used to. Downloading from you android app is also a real pain where you have to do it file by file...

Are you working to sort this out? Or have you decided that your browser version is supposed to be s*** so people have to download your software? What can I do to get my files to this computer without having to piece it all together by doing lots of separate downloads?

I agree, this message is lame. When someone sends me some files, rather than giving me a 1 click access to the files, I have to add it to my dropbox, then have it autodownload, then remove it from my dropbox.

Did anyone find a solution to this? I have a Dropbox Pro account and currently have a 19GB file that I send to a colleague via a link (because they don't have a Pro account). I tell them to simply download as a zip and save to their PC instead of downloading to Dropbox because they do not have the space for it. I thought this was fine until I tested again and it now says the file is too large to download as a zip and I must save to Dropbox. But Dropbox is too small too!

This is driving me nuts as well. Was it like this before? I normally share photos with clients, but I have been doing video recently. It's incredibly difficult to tell a client that they need to download every file individually. Ultimately I will need to find a better solution.

You may get an error when you try to download and open certain .zip files from Procore. For example, you may encounter the error when you download a document extract from the Document Management tool or download tender documents. Note: This error only affects Windows machines.

Users will want to update their Microsoft .NET web framework to 4.6.2 or higher. Assuming the original file path does not exceed 260 characters, another option is to change the default destination path to a root level path (e.g. C://). The easiest way to change the default destination path is to save an image from a web browser window and select a root level destination (e.g. C://). Then download the .ZIP file from Procore again. (Windows will automatically remember the most recent destination path for unpacking .ZIP files.) Typically, the shorter destination path will allow you to successfully open/unpack the .ZIP file. However, if the .ZIP file itself exceeds the 260 character limit, you will need to contact the person who created and sent you the .ZIP file and request that they change their folder structure and file naming conventions so that the created .ZIP file does not exceed the 260 character limit. Why on earth did my lap top all the sudden start saving my photos to a win zip? Before I used to "select all" on a group of photos then hit the download button the cloud with a down arrow, and they would all save in my download folder individually. Well for some unknown reason all the sudden today they are grouping my photos in a winzip file when I select all. I'm getting very frustrated

I have this problem too and have today been told by apple that it is a change in order to speed up the download process. I argued that it may well speed up the download process but we know have to go through a 6 step process just to get to the images in their raw state. 6 additional steps to view them how I did two weeks ago!

Related: As to download speeds, are you aware that "Live photos" are much larger files than not-Live photos? IMO, the Live photo is sort of a gimmick--cool in a way, but usually not very useful and not worth the big leap in file size. Practically as soon as I started using Live photos--I started getting "storage full" messages. You can turn Live photos off.

At least you can download the individual photos. iCloud gives me a zip folder with a PART file, which means I have to take even more steps to access the photos. The ideal would be to be able to simply transfer the images from my Xr to my PC, like I used to be able to do with my 6 Plus. Is that no longer possible? Is this Apple's way to force us to use iCloud? Grrrr... 041b061a72
